Calling all young scientists! If you would like to display a project at the fair, register early in order to reserve your space and your project board. You can register even if you have not chosen your project topic yet. Later, this form may be submitted again to update our records with new information. Final registration must be received by February 1, 2020.

Project title
If you are undecided, just enter "undecided". As we get closer to the date, students will be asked to confirm project topics. This helps us to organize the placement of projects to that similar projects are not next to one another.
Display needs
By default, all scientists will be provided with 33" W x 14" D of table space on which to display their projects. If you need more space than this, or if you have other specific requirements (such as an electrical outlet), please list them here. Larger spaces and spaces with access to outlets are limited. Please plan on using the standard space until your special request has been confirmed.
Project category
Do your best to select the category most appropriate for your project as this helps us organize the fair.
Parents - by filling in the boxes below, you agree that:
- Our young scientist(s) has/have our permission to participate in the science fair.
- Any photos or videos of our child(ren), taken by PTO or submitted by parents/guardians/students, may be included in the school newsletter and/or website.
- Parents/guardians will ensure that appropriate safety precautions are taken when performing experiments at home or elsewhere, and that no experiment causes harm to any person, animal or property. Pearl S. Buck Elementary and PTO may not be held responsible for any loss or damages.
